The north corner of the new building catches plenty of sunlight & overlooks the vast lawn garden. Huge wood burner (can take a 2 foot log) provides plenty of warmth & ambiance. Heated polished concrete floor and air-conditioning throughout the new extension.

Relax in this large 1890's grand room, under a huge chandelier on one of the 3 large couches by the open fireplace. Features 10-foot double hung sash windows and crazy old red velvet curtains.

Kids and adults alike will love the reading nook, that was once a 150 year old cooking fireplace.  The TV has a built in DVD player & also an apple HDMI connection.

The original 1875 sitting/dining room that has been repurposed into a games parlour. A traditional 6 seat round old oak table with counterweight light overhead makes the perfect setting for any card or board game

This is an original 1875 bedroom with 12 foot ceilings & original decorative OFP. 

This recently renovated queen bed room also has a single bed and overlooks the spa deck & south side garden

A soak in the 5 person spa is the perfect way to unwind from a day of cycling, shopping, wine tasting, antique buying, skiing or even a vigorous game of croquet (on the main lawn).

Enjoy outdoor dining year round at this 12 seat table, which is situated next to the pizza oven & 6 burner BBQ. 

You can’t get fresher than this! Feel free to pick and eat anything ripe & ready to go from the enormous kitchen garden. Currently planted are:- pomegranates, apples, pears, cherries, finger limes, peaches, nectarines, oranges, limes, lemons, rhubarb, asparagus, beetroot, carrots, chillies, various berries, as well as many herbs. 

Perfect for a barefoot game. The giant lawn makes for an adventurous game. All equipment provided.
